1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Standard‑Size Dresses (Non‑Custom): Eligible for return within 14 calendar days upon confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, with all original tags and full original packaging intact.

Custom‑Fit / Personalized dresses: Custom‑sized and personalized dresses are produced per individual customer requirements. They are NOT eligible for return or refund, except for verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors (wrong item sent).

Returns will be rejected if items show signs of wear, alteration, missing tags or damaged original packaging.

2. Restocking Fee & Shipping Responsibility

For eligible returns of standard‑size dresses caused by customer‑initiated reasons including size mismatch, personal preference or change of mind:

- A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from your final refund amount.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. You must use a trackable courier for return shipments.

- Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong dress, please send clear photos of the dress and outer shipping package to service@forelise-dress.com within 48 hours after delivery confirmation. We will arrange either a full refund or free replacement at our option, and we cover the related shipping cost.

4. Order Cancellation Rules

- Within 24 hours after payment: 100% full refund for item amount + shipping fee

- 24‑72 hours after payment: 80% refund of product price, full refund for shipping fee

- 72‑120 hours after payment: 50% refund of product price, full refund for shipping fee

- More than 120 hours after payment: Only shipping fee will be refunded

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

5. Return Procedure & Warehouse Address Notice

Do NOT return goods without prior authorization. Please email our customer service at service@forelise-dress.com to apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please clearly print/write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel above the shipping label. Parcels sent to any other address or returned without valid RMA authorization will not be accepted and cannot be tracked for processing.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

After our warehouse receives and completes inspection of your returned merchandise, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Please allow 7‑14 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

Find your perfect fit by carefully measuring your bust, waist and hips. Compare your measurements against our size chart to select the most suitable size. If your measurements land between two sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger size. Altering a gown to be smaller is far simpler than expanding it.

Please note sizing standards differ across brands and designers. Your usual dress size from other brands may not apply here. Always use our size chart as your primary reference instead of relying on past sizing experience.
